Aga Kehinde 

Aga Kehinde is a Trauma Consultant, Cancer Nurse Specialist, and Health Empowerment Coach with over 23 years of experience. Her work integrates trauma, addiction recovery, psychology, and public health to address the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) on high-risk behaviours. Aga’s expertise in the justice system is particularly profound, where she has developed a transformative model of support that helps individuals break cycles of incarceration and addiction by addressing the root causes of their behaviour. With certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and as a Trauma-Competent Health Coach, Aga guides both individuals and organisations towards emotional competence, resilience, and recovery.

Sharon Osterfield 

Sharon Osterfield, a Transformation Lead, brings a wealth of experience from leading multi-dimensional projects in the NHS and private sectors. Her passion for supporting individuals with convictions has led to the creation of innovative models that address housing, education, and the rehabilitation of offenders. Sharon’s work is deeply informed by her knowledge of ACEs and her journey with EFT, which inspired her to co-found a project offering an integrative support model. As a trustee for several organisations, Sharon actively advocates for recovery from addiction and the empowerment of vulnerable communities.
