ESTHER Empowering Strength Through Healing, Empathy, and Resilience
ESTHER a trauma-informed, 3-day programme designed to help women break free from cycles of trauma, addiction, and incarceration.
Why ESTHER?
Behind every behaviour is a story. Many women struggling with addiction, abuse, or involvement in the justice system have experienced deep-rooted trauma. ESTHER provides a safe, supportive space to heal, grow, and build a future filled with hope and resilience.

Day 1: Exploring Trauma
- Understanding the neuroscience of trauma & its impact
- Practical techniques for calming the nervous system
- Reflective exercises using EFT & Trauma Tapping
Day 2: Emotional Responses
- Managing emotions like guilt, shame, fear & anger
- Workshops on forgiveness, self-compassion & behavioural change
Day 3: Healthy Me, Healthy Others
- Setting boundaries & improving relationships
- Self-care strategies & personalised action plans
- Closing ceremony to celebrate achievements
