Trauma-Focused EFT
This two-day training in Trauma-Focused EFT (TF-EFT) introduces a powerful new approach, designed to help professionals integrate EFT with trauma recovery principles in a safe and structured way.
This training is open to those who have completed EFT Level 1 and 2 (certification not required) and want to expand their skills to better support clients affected by trauma.

Over the course of two interactive days, you will:
- Understand how TF-EFT works – Learn how it blends multiple trauma-healing approaches for a well-rounded, effective practice.

Day 1: Foundations of TF-EFT
- Introduction to the TF-EFT protocol for trauma processing.
- Exploring Judith Herman’s Three Stages of Trauma Recovery and their relevance to EFT.
- Key trauma theory principles that underpin this approach.
- Practical demonstrations and hands-on practice.
Between Sessions
- Apply what you’ve learned with clients (where appropriate).
- Write a short case study to bring to Day 2 for discussion and feedback.
Day 2: Deepening Your Practice
- Reviewing case studies to refine your TF-EFT skills.
- Understanding complex trauma and working with dissociation.
- Completing Judith Herman’s Three-Stage Model, with a focus on reintegration.
- Further practice and practical guidance to build confidence.

TTT Trauma Tapping Technique
Trauma Tapping Technique is an efficient way to help yourself and others with symptoms of emotional stress and trauma. Self-help with Trauma Tapping Technique is simple to do and has proven effects. It takes less than five minutes to try it.

- Becoming a certified Trauma Tapper is an easy way to verify that you have the basic skills necessary to be able to offer a session of Trauma Tapping and have a basic understanding of the mechanisms of trauma and how to approach it.
Created by Gunilla Hamne and Ulf Sandstrom, the Trauma Tapping Technique (TTT) is an effective, easy-to-learn, and primarily non-verbal method designed as first aid for trauma. It is a neurological intervention that helps the body quickly re-regulate itself when triggered or activated, making it an accessible and powerful tool for emotional resilience.
This technique has been successfully applied in schools, prisons, and as an immediate first-aid response following violent crimes. It has been instrumental in supporting individuals in areas affected by extreme violence, including Rwanda and South Sudan, as well as in communities impacted by natural disasters such as California’s wildfires and Nepal’s tornadoes.
Whether in crisis situations or moments of personal distress, Trauma Tapping is a tool you can use anytime you experience intense emotions, providing a simple yet powerful way to regain a sense of calm and control.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or “Tapping,” is a powerful, easy-to-learn self-help method that combines gentle fingertip tapping on acupuncture points with focused attention on emotions. This body-mind approach helps release stress, anxiety, and emotional distress while promoting overall well-being.
Level 1 Training – Foundations for Personal Use
Perfect for beginners, Level 1 provides the essential EFT skills for self-care and supporting friends or family. You will learn:

This advanced two-day course deepens your EFT skills and prepares you for professional application. Completion of Level 2 allows you to work towards EFT International Accredited Practitioner Certification. You will learn:

✔️ How to identify and clear limiting beliefs, core issues, and specific events
